The Maimonides Society brings together Jewish physicians, surgeons, dentists and other healthcare professionals who are dedicated to healing the sick and committed to the notion of Tikkun Olam, repairing the world.
The Society is named for Rabbi Moses ben Maimon (also known as Maimonides or Rambam), a Medieval Sephardic physician, Torah scholar, and philosopher whose works influenced countless religious and secular thinkers throughout history and are still revered today.
Members of the Maimonides Society gather throughout the year for a wide variety of networking, educational, and volunteer opportunities.
